Our mission
The Penniman Foundation's mission is to provide post-secondary advice and support for low-income youth of Washington, D.C.
Why the Penniman Foundation?
After directing risedc.org for 19 years, Paul Penniman decided to "retire" and start an organization that helps older youth finish college and/or map out a career path. Paul has resumed "for profit" math tutoring and is donating 100% of all tutoring revenues to the Penniman Foundation.
